FOR ALL PLAYERS:  The entry fee (less the $30.00 administration fee) will be refunded if any entrant cancels his/her entry online by the entry deadline.

After May 15 at 4:00 p.m.

The entry fee refund will be considered in the event of injury or illness, if requested in writing (Medical doctor's note required) by the July 2, 2008.
