Online registration is only available for this championship if the three following conditions are met:

1. The club provides the GAO with the name of its 2007 Senior Men's Amateur Club Champion (NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED) no later than the entry deadline (May 21, 2008) and;
2. The reigning Senior Men's Amateur Club Champion is already a member of BlueGolf and is age 55 and over as of June 9, 2008 and;
3. Payment is made on-line with a valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).

In any other case, applicants must enter with the paper entry form sent directly to GAO Member Clubs by March 1, 2008.

The entry fee of $172.00 includes GST and shall be paid by every club/applicant.

Please be advised that the first 100 entries will be accepted into the Championship.
